We want every client to be confident in the work we deliver. Because website design is a custom service that requires significant time and resources from the moment a project begins, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

2. Deposits

A deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once design or development work has started, as they reserve your spot in our schedule and cover initial planning, research, and design time.

3. Refunds Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before any design or development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any payment made.

4. Refunds After Work Has Started

  • If work has begun but the first design draft has not been delivered, you may receive a partial refund minus a fee covering hours already worked.
  • Once the first design draft or development build has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
  • Final payments made upon project completion and delivery are non-refundable.

5. Maintenance Plans

Monthly maintenance plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel future billing at any time, and your maintenance will remain active until the end of the paid period.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first—we are committed to resolving issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter may result in suspension of services and removal of any delivered work.

7. Client Delays

Refunds will not be issued for projects delayed or stalled due to a client's failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the form on our homepage with your name, business name, and project details. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
